Fence, build, sale or dispute: what we do

How it works

  1. Before we visit

We research your title and the survey records for your lot, so we know what the boundary should be before anyone goes on site.

  2. On site

Using total stations and GPS we measure from existing marks and find or re-establish your boundary corners.

  3. Your plan

You get the survey plan showing the boundary and anything close to it. If it goes to the authorities, we lodge it.

What Sydney property owners say

We engaged Geo Point to undertake a Delimitation Plan that we had not been asked for in 30 years as a legal practice. Wafeek guided us through every step, was professional and resolved a complicated matter for us. We will be recommending Geo Point going forward.
James Harrison, Google review
Wafeek and team are very professional and were prompt in getting my subdivision done. The job was completed within budget and in a timely manner. I highly recommended Geo Point Surveyors and will definitely use again next time.

Geo Point Surveyors were prompt, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They were reasonably priced, completed the assignment in a timely fashion, and maintained great communication. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
